It
is late
Moonlight spills through the mini blinds of my office window
I gather my things together
Turn off the lights and head out the door
My mind now free from thoughts of work
I think of you
Your dark silky body
Glistening
Dewed with sweat sliding down your curves
I long for the taste of you
Gripping you tight
As I drink in your essence
These thoughts of you sustaining me
As I make the long drive home
I shuffle through the doorway
My shoulders stiff, feet throbbing, brain-dead
My thirst for you now rapacious
I hurry across the room, my craving hastening my steps
I clasp you to my chest and liberate you from your trappings
I inhale your sweet fragrance
As I partake of you I experience sweet release
My tension slowly slides away
I descend into pleasant tranquility
I hold you close to me my dear
There’s nothing like an ice cold
